DJ ICAP Appoints Andy Coyne Chief Executive Office Of Traiana

LONDON (Dow Jones)--ICAP PLC (IAP.LN), an interdealer broker and provider of post trade risk and information services, said Monday that it has appointed Andy Coyne as chief executive officer of Traiana Inc, an ICAP company.

MAIN FACTS:

-Coyne will report to Gil Mandelzis, founder of Traiana, who has moved to the newly created role of Traiana executive chairman.

-Andy Coyne joins Traiana from Citi, where he was Head of FX Prime and eCommerce Product.

-ICAP PLC shares at 0820 GMT up 5 pence, or 1.4%, at 343 pence, valuing the company at GBP2.19 billion.
