Johnson Matthey Plc announces that Sir Thomas Harris, a non-executive director, 
will be retiring from the board at the close of the Annual General Meeting on 
25 July 2012. Sir Thomas has served as a non-executive director since April 
2009. 
 
Mr Tim Stevenson, Chairman, said "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank 
Tom for his valuable contribution to the board and its committees over the past 
three years and wish him the best for the future".
