The company and Cementos Portland Valderrivas SA have on 25 February reached agreement, effective immediately, on an asset swap in relation to certain Spanish assets. The company will transfer its 26.0% stake in Corporacion Uniland SA to CPV. In consideration, CPV will transfer its 99.0% stake in Cementos Lemona SA to the company. As part of the transaction the company and CPV will terminate all legal disputes with each other.
