Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that Paul Neep, a Non-Executive Director and a PDMR of the Company, has today purchased 6,800 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of Devro ("Shares"), at a price of 290 pence per Share. 

Following the purchase, Paul Neep now holds 210,293 Shares representing 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
